In Access ACS, this error displays:
"Unable to access awdatmng when applying change requests."

This occurs because your computer network has inconsistent mapping.
For example, some computers are mapped directly to the ACSNET folder (X:), while others are mapped to the root of the server's drive (X:\ACSNET).
The network technician should make sure all workstations have consistent mapping. All workstations must be mapped to either the root drive where ACSNET is housed or to the ACSNET folder. You may fully share the ACSNET folder and map to itself if the server is used as a workstation for ACS.
