You must process change requests and upload records in ACS People Suite. With this change, you won't have to use Microsoft® Internet Explorer for Access ACS, which is helpful if you prefer other web browsers.

To upload records in ACS People Suite

  1. Log into ACS People Suite.
  2. Under Advanced Tools, click on the Admin Utilities tab.
  3. In the drop-down list, select Sync with Access ACS, and click Go.
  4. If this is your first time uploading records, select I accept the Terms of Use.
  5. Click Continue.

To review and apply change requests in ACS People Suite

  1.  Log into ACS People Suite.
  2. Under Advanced Tools, click on the Admin Utilities tab.
