Problem


When a member changes the email address on his or her profile, is the email address for the login automatically updated in Admin > Security > Users?

Solution


When a member adds or edits an email address in Access ACS, they can select I want to log in using this email.

If the member selects this option, the login email is immediately updated, even without processing the change request. The new address does not display in People or on the member's profile until the change request is approved and records are uploaded afterwards.
