titleTo add media files to an article
  1. First, upload the media file. Point to Site, then click Media Manager.
  2. Under Actions, click Upload Media Item.

  3. Click Browse and locate your audio or video file. If you need descriptions of the fields in this dialog box, see Media Manager in Depth.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Point to Site, then click Article Manager.
  6. Double-click the article in the list.
  7. In the article body, click where you want to insert a link to the file.
  8. Enter and select the text you want to serve as a link to your media file.
  9. Click .
  10. The Link dialog box displays. Click .
  11. Click the Media tab, select your file, and click Submit.
  12. Click OK to close the Link dialog box.
  13. If you are a site administrator or network administrator, click Save & Approve. Otherwise, click Save.
  14. If the Approve tab displays, approve the article for the roles that you are assigned. For more information, see Understanding the Extend Workflow Process.
