As an administrator, you have rights to set preferences in HeadMaster Online regarding the Student Directory, Staff Directory, and Report Options.
In HeadMaster Online, click Options > Setup Options.
The Student Directory tab and the Staff Directory tab both contain the same options.
As the administrator, you set the options but the parents/staff can override your selections by setting their own preferences. The only exception is that parents/staff cannot select to display a field that you don't select in the Select Directory Display Fields section. In their preferences, such a field option will display grayed.
The third tab in the window is Report Options where you can select the student reports that you want give parents/staff access to.
When you're finished with your selections, click Save.
