Problem


The following error displays with various reasons given: 

"DBISam engine error 9729..."


Products Affected: HeadMaster Pro

Versions Affected: Multiple Versions

Solution


To resolve this, perform a HeadMaster backup, then contact Support to edit the NextID.ACSDAT table.

 To perform a HeadMaster backup
Make sure everyone is logged out of HeadMaster before performing the backup.

To back up HeadMaster data:

  1. Open the Utility Manager.
  2. Click Create Backup. The Database Utilities dialog box displays.
  3. Make your selections and click Backup.
  4. Click OK.
