While trying to do a manual upload to HM Online, the following error message displayed:

dbisam engine error #11010 table or backup file 'Pickup' does not exist

Products Affected: HeadMaster

Versions Affected: Any


To resolve this, perform a HeadMaster backup, then contact us for assistance at 1-800-669-2509.

 To perform a HeadMaster backup
Make sure everyone is logged out of HeadMaster before performing the backup.

To back up HeadMaster data:

  1. Open the Utility Manager.
  2. Click Create Backup. The Database Utilities dialog box displays.
  3. Make your selections and click Backup.
  4. Click OK.
