When trying to import payments into Accounts Receivable, this error displays:

Cannot connect to HeadMaster Online at this time. 


Products Affected: HeadMaster, Accounts Receivable

Versions Affected: Multiple Versions


To resolve this, perform a HeadMaster backup, then contact Support for further assistance.

 To perform a HeadMaster backup
Make sure everyone is logged out of HeadMaster before performing the backup.

To back up HeadMaster data:

  1. Open the Utility Manager.
  2. Click Create Backup. The Database Utilities dialog box displays.
  3. Make your selections and click Backup.
  4. Click OK.
