Reminders are the "sticky notes" in HeadMaster. After you set up reminders, they display on the HeadMaster Calendar tab. While Reminders can be added on the Calendar tab, you can also view, add, edit, filter, and print reminders from the Reminder List. 

Reminders can be used to notify the following:

  • Individual parent meetings
  • Teacher meetings
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences
  • Administration meetings
  • Medical Appointments
  • Holidays
  • Personal reminders
  • Athletic events
  • Student Birthdays

 

 To add reminders in the Reminder List
  1. On the Home screen, click Reminders.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter the name, expiration date, and notes, if any.
  4. Click OK.
