With this process, you can update or erase the logged letter entry on multiple records. This information displays in the member's Letters, Etc. window.

In the Members & Constituents navigation pane, click Processes > Change Letters, Etc.

   

 To update interaction details

This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.

  1. Make your member selections, and click Next.
  2. Select whether to post changes for all members or only those you select.

    Useful Information

    For help selecting members, see the Additional Selections tab on Select Records to Print.

  3. Select whether to include only active, only inactive, or both. Click Next.
  4. To assign different interactions to each member, select the first option. Or, to assign the same values to your entire list, select the second option, enter the interaction details.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Review your list. If needed, add or edit any interaction information.
  7. When you're ready to process the selected records, click Next.
  8. To post, click Finish.
