You can enter information for different ways to communicate with your diocese's personnel. On the Personnel tab, click the type of personnel you want to enter information for.

   

 To insert a phone number or email address
  1. Locate the appropriate individual.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Phones/Email.
  3. Click the add icon  above the Phones grid, and enter the individual's phone number(s).
  4. If the phone number is unlisted, select Unl.
  5. Enter the individual's personal and/or diocesan email.
  6. If the email is unlisted, select Unlisted Email.
  7. If the individual prefers to receive email rather than mail, select Email Preferred.
  8. Click Save.
