You can view information related to an individual on the View Individual page. You can also view and print contributions for current and previous years, view a map, and edit the record.
The Individual Information section displays an individual's name, company name, if applicable, primary address and phone number. A photo of the individual also displays, if one is available and if the member has selected this option.
If a member selects Do not display photos when viewing individual or family information, a View Photo link displays. Click View Photo to display the photo. If a member does not have rights to view photos, the area is blank.
Selecting Do not display photos when viewing individual or family information turns photos off for the individual member only. Staff Members and Lay Leaders with rights to photos can view all photos.
The Contact Information section displays an individual's contact preference, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and addresses.
The Personal Information section displays an individual's personal status including title, first name, middle name, goes by name, last name, suffix, gender, family position, date of birth, marital status and other user-defined information.
On the Other Relationships tab in View Individual, you can view an individual's other relationships. The information on this tab syncs with the information on the Family tab in View/Edit Individual in ACS People Suite.
This tab lets administrators view more information about an individual's family. For example, if someone in your congregation passes away, you can access this tab to find family members your pastor or bereavement team may want to contact or check on.
The Other Relationships tab only displays if other relationships exist for the individual in ACS People Suite, and the information is view-only in Access ACS. You can add or edit relationships inside ACS People Suite.
- In Access ACS, navigate to Directories > Locate Individual.
- Enter the Last Name or First Name/Goes By Name to search for the individual, then click Run Search.
- In the search results, click on the individual whose other relationships you want to view.
- Click on the Other Relationships tab. The family members' names and relationships display.
In this section you can add, edit, and delete addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses.
The Classes section displays the attendance group information for an individual including Group, Division, Department, and Class. Also included is the individual's Position in the class (member, teacher, aide), and Status (Member or Guest).
The Activities section displays the activities an individual is enrolled in, including the Category, Element 1, Element 2, Element 3, and Element 4.
