In the Event Setup Expert, you can print a report that shows a registrant's payment breakdown. This displays the registration, supply, sub-event, and total costs, as well as the amount paid and amount due. 

Payment dates, methods, amounts, and memos also display. For example, suppose you have a mission trip event that costs $3,500 and members of the church sponsor registrants by giving money toward the trip. You can enter the sponsor's name in the memo field, and it displays so the registrant can see who donated. 

To print event payment details

  1. Point to Events, then click Events Setup.
  2. In the list of events, click the Seats Sold value for the event.
  3. Find the individual whose details you want to print, then click Amount Paid.
  4. When the Payment Details display, click Print.
