In Access ACS, you can assign group names to your classes and activities to help members and attendees identify them.

As an administrator, the class and activity names that you use in your ACS People records are often unfamiliar to church members. If you display these group names in Access ACS, they often cannot distinguish between the groups.

Group names display when someone views available classes and activities. You must upload your organization’s activity and class information before the Group Naming link displays.
