Sometimes individuals are no longer a part of a class because they needed some time off or left for a short period.

A dropped individual's record still exists. The (warning) icon displays beside the name of the individuals you dropped.

Dropping an individual from a roster creates a change request. To drop the individual from the roster, an administrator must approve the request inside ACS People Suite and upload the changes to Access ACS. 

To drop an individual from a class roster

  1. Point to Groups, then click Classes.
  2. Select a Master Group from the drop-down list, then select a Class Code, Division, Department, and Class.
  3. Select the individual or individuals you want to drop from the class roster, then click Drop from Roster.
  4. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
