Sometimes individuals may leave your organization and are no longer part of a class.
You can delete these individuals from a class roster. The icon displays beside the individual or individuals you deleted.
Deleting an individual from a roster creates a change request. To delete the individual from the roster, an administrator must approve the request inside ACS People Suite and upload the changes to Access ACS.
To delete an individual from a class roster
- Point to Groups, then click Classes.
- Select a Master Group from the drop-down list, then select a Class Code, Division, Department, and Class.
- Select the individual or individuals you want to delete from the class roster, then click Delete from Roster.
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes to complete the delete; click No to cancel the delete.
