Administrators with appropriate rights can delete events.

When you delete an event when people have registered, Access ACS removes their registrations for the event. All information and details related to the event are removed from the program.

To delete an event

  1. Point to Events, then click Events Setup.
  2. In the row of the desired event, click .
  3. When the confirmation message displays, click OK. If the event is a future event, you can select to send cancellation emails to registrants. 


You cannot delete events with online payments or refunds within the last twelve months.
