You can associate qualifications with the serving opportunities you create. Your members can also select qualifications that describe them. When they search for available serving opportunities, they can view a list of opportunities that match the qualifications they select.

For example, passing a background check or having a commercial driver's license (CDL) could be considered a qualification to serve in specific positions. 

With appropriate rights, you can add and edit your Serving qualifications. 

 To add a Serving qualification
  1. Point to Admin, then click Serving Setup.
  2. Click the Qualifications tab.
  3. At the top of the page, click Add Qualification.
  4. In the Name column, enter the attribute name.
  5. In the Description column, enter a description of the attribute.
  6. In the Active column, select the check box to activate the attribute.
  7. Click Update.
 To edit a Serving qualification
  1. Point to Admin, then click Serving Setup.
  2. Click the Qualifications tab.
  3. Beside the qualification that you want to edit, click Edit .
  4. Edit the qualification, then click Update.
 To delete Serving qualifications
  1. Point to Admin, then click Serving Setup.
  2. Click the Qualifications tab.
  3. Beside the qualification that you want to delete, click Delete .
