With appropriate rights, you can add, edit, and delete custom reports.

You can create both shared and private custom reports. Anyone with appropriate rights can view shared custom reports, but you can only view the private custom reports you create.

 To add a custom report
  1. Click Reports.
  2. Click either the Shared Reports or Private Reports tab.
  3. At the top of the page, click Add New Report.
  4. Follow the instructions that display on the Create Report Expert pages.
  5. On the Run/Save tab, click Save.
  6. In the Report Name field, enter a unique name for the report.
  7. In the Report Description text box, enter a description of the report.
  8. Click Save.
 To edit a custom report
  1. Click Reports.
  2. Click either the Shared Reports tab or Private Reports tab.
  3. Beside the custom report that you want to edit, click Edit .
  4. Follow the instructions for the Create Report Expert pages.
  5. On the Run/Save tab, click Save.
  6. Edit the report information as necessary and click Save.
 To delete a saved custom report
  1. Click Reports.
  2. To delete a shared report, click the Shared Reports tab. To delete a private report, click the Private Reports tab.
  3. Beside the report you want to delete, click Edit .
  4. Click the Run/Save tab.
  5. Click Delete.

Quick Run
Click Run to view the report in a Web browser.

Select Run
Click Run to select the output format before you run the report.
