You can view calendars in two formats — Calendar and Table view. The Calendar view displays events in a calendar grid. The Table view displays events in table format. You can select a view on the navigation bar on the Calendar tab.

You can also select the calendars that you want to view. To view a calendar, you must have rights to the calendar type. For more information, see Select a Calendar Type to View.

Calendar View

With the Calendar view, you can view events scheduled for the selected month.

From this page you can:

  • Select the calendars you want to view.
  • Add new community events.
  • Add new personal events.
  • Click a date with no scheduled events to add an event.
  • Click a date with scheduled events to display the day in Table view.
  • Click an event name to view, edit, or delete the details for that event.
  • To print the calendar, click Print.
  • To browse the calendar for previous and following months, click the links at the top of the calendar.

Table View

With the Table view, you can view events in table format. From this page you can:

  • Select the calendars you want to view.
  • Add new community events.
  • Add new personal events.
  • Click an event name to view the event details, edit the event details, or delete the event.
  • To print a list of events for the selected month, click Print.
  • To sort the list of events, click a column heading.
  • To browse the calendar for previous and following months, click the links at the top of the calendar.
