You can view session statistics to watch the progress of sessions filling up. If you are watching session statistics, then you can see when a group is at maximum capacity and manually close it to prevent any more people from attending. You can also export session statistics and details to Microsoft® Excel. For example, you could do this to track volunteer hours based on check in/check out times.

You cannot view session statistics while self check-in is open on the same computer. You must first close the self check-in window.

 To view session statistics on a self check-in station
  1. Close the self check-in window.
  2. Under Run Inquiry, in the drop-down list, select Checkpoint Session Inquiry and click Go.
  3. On the Statistics tab in the Session drop-down list, select the session that you want to view.
  4. Under Date, verify the date.
  5. The groups within the session display below. The number of people checked in and out display.
  6. Double-click a specific group to view the individuals checked in to it.
  7. Click Refresh to manually update and watch the progress of the session filling up. (Click here to set the session statistics window to refresh automatically.)
 To view session statistics on a assisted check-in station
  1. In the assisted check-in start window, click View Statistics.
  2. In the Session drop-down list, select the session that you want to view.
  3. Under Date, verify the date.
  4. The groups within the session display below. The number of people checked in and out display.
  5. Double-click a specific group to view the individuals checked in to it.
  6. Click Refresh to manually update and watch the progress of the session filling up. (See Setting Session Statistics Refresh Time to set the session statistics window to refresh automatically.)
 To export session statistics to Microsoft Excel
  1. Under Run Inquiry, in the drop-down list, select Checkpoint Session Inquiry and click Go.
  2. On the Statistics tab, select the Session and Date you want to export statistics for.
  3. When the sessions and number of individuals checked in and out display, double-click on the roster you want to export.
  4. In the Statistics Detail window, right-click and select Export to Excel.
  5. In the Save As window, select the location where you want to save the statistics, enter a File name, and click Save.
