Problem

After performing promotion, individuals are missing from Attendance classes.

Products affected: Attendance

Versions affected: Any

Solution

When promotion was deleted, no information was deleted from the promotion tables. As a result, attendance data is still in the promotion tables.

To resolve this, perform a People Suite backup, then reinstall the awgrpro and awgrpror tables. After reinstalling, restart promotion.

Reinstalling a table should only be used to resolve a problem mentioned in a Troubleshooting article.

Reinstalling a table clears ALL data from the table. Be sure to make a backup of the People or Financial Suite (depending on what suite you were in when you received the error) before reinstalling tables.

In addition, have everyone in your organization exit ACS.
