If you need to, you can delete a reservation record. You may need to delete a record if it was entered in error or if the individual decides not to attend the activity.

 To delete a reservation
  1. Under Manage Records, click the People tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Add/Edit Reservations and click Go .
  3. On the Reservations menu, in the Activity field, select the activity you want to delete a reservation for.
  4. In the Add/Edit Reservations window, click Roster.
  5. Select the reservation record you want to delete and click OK.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
