You can generate seven different extracts in Contributions.
The Access ACS Plain Paper Statement Extract and Charitable Contributions Extract meet the IRS requirements for reporting charitable gifts. These statements provide a detailed list of contributions, and acknowledge the IRS requirements for reporting non-cash gifts, items-of-value gifts, and contributions totaling $250.00 or more in one day.
The Canadian Tax Statement Extract meets the requirements of the Canadian law.
Creates statements that display in Access ACS during your next data upload. You can also e-mail your members a customized message directing them to view their statement in Access ACS.
Creates an extract file that includes the fields that are required to create Canadian tax receipts. You can choose the extract's file type by clicking Customize and selecting the appropriate options on the Report Options tab.
Creates an extract file that includes all information that prints on the Charitable Contributions Report. You can send this file to ACS Fulfillment Services to outsource your Charitable Contributions statement mailing.
Creates an extract file that streamlines your envelope printing process. The file includes the envelope number, individual's name and address, and the total number of contributors listed. You can select the name format and address type to include.
Creates an extract file that includes all information that prints on the Flex Statement. You can send this file to ACS Fulfillment Services to outsource your contributions statement mailing.
Creates an extract file that you can send to the NCS Envelope Service to have your contributions envelopes printed. The file contains Pledge Information, Month-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date, and Year-to-Date totals for up to three funds, as well as combined totals for all remaining funds.
Creates an extract file with 75 data fields, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly fund and pledge information. You can also import this information into a custom statement you create in another program.
