We recommend updating to ACS, which corrects the following issues.

  • When uploading 1,000 or more records for the mass email and plain paper statement, clients experienced long upload times. This only occurred after updating to ACS 
  • When clicking Customize on any contributions statement, an authorization message displayed. 
  • When sending a mass email via Constant Contact in ACS People Suite, the one-time authorization message displayed, and allowing the connection between ACS and Constant Contact did not clear the message.
  • When sending Constant Contact statements for Accounts Receivable or Contributions, "An error occurred while communicating with the server. List index out of bounds." displayed. 
  • When opening a Constant Contact Accounts Receivable or Contributions statement email, "Invalid email. Please try again." displayed.
